Neill and Chris are a pleasure to deal with and the level of customer care I receive from them is second to none. DONT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE. My whole experience with buying a car at this garage has been problematic and has caused an extensive amount of hassle to me. I recently purchased a Ford Focus which they had replaced both wishbones on for the M.O.T, with a 1 month warranty which they had assured me was standard for most garages.When I first arrived at the garage I was very interested in the car and made that evident to the dealer. I enquires about finance options out of interest but from that point he assumed that I didnt have the funds for the car and refused to let me test drive it until I could prove to him I had the funds. I found this very insulting.2 weeks after purchasing the car (within the warranty period) one of the bolts on the wishbone became loose causing a knocking noise. I took this to a local garage where it became evident that the bolt had simply not been tightened which was dangerous and could have caused serious problems. The garage I went to charged me 30 for labour so I phoned the Newtyle Garage to inform them of my situation and request a refund for the charge (as the car was still under warranty). They were extremely rude and unprofessional to me on the phone and demanded I took the car to them. However the noise was concerning and now to my knowledge would have been dangerous. Newtyle is around an hour away from my home and would have caused me risk and inconvenience.When purchasing the car it was emphasised greatly that it had 4 new tyres put on it. I have had the car for just over a month now (out-with the warranty) when I noticed my tyres were dangerously bald on the inside of the 2 front tyres. They were so badly worn that the metal inside the tyre was showing. This could have blown out at any time and caused the loss of control of the car and potentially a fatal crash. It also cost me the inconvenience and finance of 2 new tyres for the car. This garage has caused me unnecessary hassle and inconvenience and have given me the impression that once the car is paid for they are not interested in being of any assistance. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this garage as my experience has been so terrible.
